Yes, as you told me long ago - I see your speciality in photographers of "people" - wow, each is a different way of looking at human life. But your photos of nature, other animals (animals other than people) - those images themselves are reflective, instructive, eye-catching in all the right ways / informative.
I am sorry it took me so long to find your site, will watch it in the future. (You should have my local La Jolla nature photojournalisms phones soon, via campus mail.)
Wow - I am just so impressed you can be so engaged in education to computing, various professional and citizen hats, and yet produce such an incredible opus of the instant moments of art / life / existence.

elazar - after i finished looking at the recent pictures from your trip to russia - i noticed the pictures from karen and craigs chinese banquet. i don't think i ever really took time to look thru all of them slowly and carefully- must have been photo-ed out last year. well, they are really fabulous - what terrific memories you have captured for us - you took soooo many pics - so many people - so many faces (too many of my flukey ones) - they are a real treasure. thank you a million times over. much love, lee brenda

Hello! I just stumbled across your gallery of photos from the San Diego Comic-Con, and was delighted by the wonderful images you captured! I was wondering...is it possible you got some photos of myself or my masquerade group that were not posted on your site? Due to technical troubles with our cameras, we really didn't get much in the way of photos from the convention.

I admit to being a big fan of yours. But these recent photos are really wonderful.
Your photos of people are so beautiful. Knowing you a little has me thinking that it is your spiritual nature that is reflected in the intimate, soulful portraitures of your recent work. Your contained sense of light and personal space is every bit as intimate as the best of the Dutch masters. Seeing you continually polish your art is (even though the gear is heavy!) lends insight into your character as well. MORE !
